1. I have satisfied the requirements of Article VI Nominations and Elections of the APFA Constitution. Further, I understand that if I am not a member in good standing at the closing deadline of this Willingness to Serve, my Willingness to Serve will be deemed ineligible.

2. I acknowledge that if my personal statement or biographical information exceeds word or item limits, it will be truncated at a natural sentence break and I will not be able to revise it thereafter.

3. I have complied with all relevant policies and guidelines for the Willingness to Serve form as outline in the APFA Policy Manual Section 14.G.4-14.

4. FOR THOSE NOMINATING ANOTHER MEMBER: I understand that the provisions above apply to any individual I nominate. I acknowledge that the nominee will be unable to add to or revise any information I provided on this willingness-to-serve.
