Are you questioning if a removal code on your HI1 is pay-protected? The new website includes a search feature explaining what the removal code means and if it is a paid or unpaid removal.To find the ‘DECS add/remove codes‘ search feature, click on the ‘Resources‘ tab on the landing page:

If you are still having trouble or errors with your password, try this temporary fix while the larger issue is being fixed:

If after logging in to apfa.org and clicking on ‘My Account‘, you are redirected to reset your password, even if you’ve just reset it:

• Just enter your existing password again for the current password and the new password. This should fix the problem.
